All AI-generated outputs are advisory in nature. They are intended to provide contextual assistance and decision support, rather than definitive conclusions or automated outcomes. Customers remain responsible for determining how, and whether, such outputs are used within their operational environment.

Hexnode’s AI-enabled features are designed to operate with meaningful human involvement. In other words, Hexnode’s AI enabled features do not operate autonomously in a manner that produces legal or similarly significant effects without meaningful human involvement. Customers and Authorised Users retain responsibility for reviewing, validating, and acting upon AI-generated outputs. AI outputs may be probabilistic, context-dependent, or influences by data quality, and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every scenario. AI-enabled features do not produce binding outcomes, enforcement actions, or decisions without human review or control.

Accordingly, Hexnode does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free or appropriate for any specific use case. Customers and Authorised Users should apply professional judgment when relying on such outputs. Hexnode does not position its AI-enabled features as substitutes for professional, legal or operational judgement.

AI-enabled features process data strictly in accordance with customer instructions and applicable contractual arrangements, including our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Customer data processed through AI-enabled features is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Hexnode does not use Customer Data to train or improve general-purpose AI models unless explicitly disclosed and contractually agreed.

All Data Handling practices are designed to support principles such as data minimization, confidentiality, and security.

Where personal data is processed through AI-enabled features, customers generally act as the data controller, and Hexnode acts as a processor, as defined under applicable data protection laws, unless otherwise specified by agreement.

Hexnode aims to provide customers with transparency and meaningful control over the use of AI-enabled features within their environments.

AI-enabled features are enabled, configured and managed through administrative controls defined by the Customer. Customers determine whether, when, and how AI-enabled features are activated and used within their environments. Where applicable, we have designed Documentation and product interfaces to help users understand the role AI plays in relevant features.

Hexnode does not mandate the use of AI-enabled features as a condition of using its core services, unless expressly stated.
